1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Timehh. website and platform (the “Platform”), operated by Timehh. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. What the Platform does

The Platform aggregates discount codes and offers from third-party proprietary trading firms (“Partner Firms”). When you purchase a Partner Firm product using Timehh's affiliate code, your purchase may be logged to your account and earn credits. We are an independent affiliate and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Partner Firm.

5. Credits and redemptions

• Credits have no cash value except as expressly offered through the redemption features of the Platform.
• Credits are earned based on qualifying, confirmed purchases and are calculated at the rate shown at the time of purchase.
• Redemption requests are subject to review and approval. We may deny or reverse credits or redemptions obtained through error, fraud, cancelled orders, chargebacks, or abuse.
• Credits are non-transferable and may expire or change as described on the Platform.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate credits or redemptions; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Platform; or (e) misrepresent your identity.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading and proprietary-firm evaluations involve substantial risk. See our Risk Disclaimer.

8. Third-party firms and links

Partner Firm products, pricing, discounts, rules, and payouts are set and controlled by the Partner Firms, not by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party offers and are not responsible for your dealings with any Partner Firm.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. Partner Firm names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification under nominative fair use. You may not use our branding without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, credits, or data arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, unredeemed credits may be forfeited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
